Hey, I’m Luke. This site started as a bit of an experiment. Just me testing out some search engine optimisation (SEO) ideas. I figured I needed content to run any real tests, so I started writing about the stuff I’m into: Data, code, and the tools I use every day. What began as a technical sandbox quickly turned into something more meaningful. After writing a few pages, I realised I was actually enjoying the process. It wasn’t just about SEO, anymore. I liked making the content, explaining things, and building something that felt like mine but at the same time everyone else’s, so I decided to keep going and turn it into a proper project.
I talk about statistics, SQL, Python, and much more. If it’s part of the data workflow, it probably gets a mention. I also touch on general computing and coding topics, basically anything that’s helped me along my data journey or sparked my curiosity. Which might make you wonder what I do, exactly. I’m an analyst. I don’t like to put a specific label on what kind of analyst I am because I find myself analysing across such a variety of fields. But at the centre of all of it is data, and that’s why this website is so heavily focused on that word.
I’m not trying to be flashy or pretend I have all the answers. I just want to share what I’ve learned and hopefully help some people either by informing or just relating. If you’re into data, coding, or just generally figuring things out one step at a time, you’re in the right place.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you’ll come back soon 😀
